Eugene, Ore. -- Oregon men’s basketball coach Dana Altman spoke to the media Monday after returning home from the Empire 2K Classic games in New York City. Altman expressed that his team displayed a lack of energy in the loss to Iowa. But after he talked to his team about the intensity shortage, the Ducks came out firing in their 80-65 win over Syracuse. Altman also addressed the new Oregon signees that signed National Letters of Intent. Chris Duarte, one of the top junior college players in the nation, and high school standouts Isaac Johnson and Chandler Lawson are the newest additions to the men’s basketball roster.
