NORTH BEND, Ore. -- A Tillamook County woman is dead after a two-vehicle crash near North Bend Thursday morning, Oregon State Police said.

Jessie Fisher, 37, of Garibaldi was taken to Bay Area Hospital in Coos Bay, where she was pronounced dead.

Police said Fisher was driving a 2007 Honda Accord southbound on Highway 101. Around milepost 230, Fisher crossed the center line and struck a 2006 Lincoln Mark LT PU, driven by Brandon Blair, 40, of Spokane, Washington.

Blair was taken to Bay Area Hospital with injuries.

Fisher’s two dogs were in the Honda at the time of the crash. One was taken to a local veterinary clinic by a Good Samaritan, and the other ran from the scene. At this time, it has not been found.
