SPRINGFIELD, Ore. -- Three people have been arrested in connection with a theft from a car at the Hayden Bridge boat ramp.

On Tuesday, authorities responded to a car break-in at about 3 p.m. The caller was able to take a picture of the suspect vehicle on his phone. The caller reported seeing a man kick and break the window of a car. Several items were then stolen.

The suspects drove to Walmart in Springfield and used the victim's stolen credit card.

Nicholas James Miner, 24, was located a short time later and also arrested. He faces multiple charges including unlawful entry to a motor vehicle, fraudulent use of a credit card, criminal mischief and theft.
