On Feb. 27, multiple shots were fired into a duplex on Waverly Drive at about 7 p.m. Bullets penetrated a home and nearly hit two people, but no injuries were reported. It’s not clear if they were the intended target.

The teen faces charges of second-degree attempted murder, second-degree conspiracy to commit murder, first-degree and second-degree attempted assault and unlawful use of a weapon.

Yon said the investigation is ongoing, and anyone with information should contact detectives at 541-967-3950.
