Man arrested after alleged early morning assault

They say an employee found the suspect behind the building.

EUGENE, Ore. -- A man has been arrested in Eugene after allegedly attacking an employee at The OG Corner Market Friday morning.

Police were called to 295 River Road around 5:01 a.m. They say an employee found Trout Jason Maglecic, 26, behind the building.

When confronted, Maglecic allegedly attacked him, causing the employee to bleed from his head. He was treated on scene.

Maglecic was arrested without incident and faces charges of assault, disorderly conduct and criminal trespass.
