Are you looking for a trade job?

EUGENE, Ore. -- Apprenticeships are a great way for people to get their foot in the door of a skilled trade, allowing them to receive pay, training and on-the-job experience.

If you’re on the hunt for a trade job, the state of Oregon has a full page dedicated to apprenticeship opportunities online.

There’s everything from brick layers to carpenters, electricians and more. You can search through the page and the jobs and click on the details to see how much the average wage is, where the job is located and what it looks like and what the qualifications are.

If you run a company involved in trades, the site has ways for your company to make a plan to offer apprenticeships. It even has a calculator on the site that lets you see if an apprenticeship is right for you and see how much money you could see in return if you offer one.
