Riddle man accused of rape

RIDDLE, Ore. – A Riddle man is in the Douglas County Jail, facing multiple sex abuse charges.

Deputies first learned of the sexual abuse allegations in August 2020.

Joseph Clayton Harp, 40, was arrested following an investigation by detectives.

He has been charged with first-degree rape and first-degree sex abuse, among other charges.
