EUGENE, Ore. – The Relief Nursery is now offering daily respite care in both Springfield and Eugene.
It provides crisis intervention child care and is critical for families who are working through traumas.
This is their first on-site service since quarantine started. They plan to serve 160 to 180 families a month.
Community Engagement Coordinator Kristen Bartels thanked their partners at Trillium Community Health Plan.
They will also be providing transportation to and from sessions, two meals for the children and take-home resources like food boxes for families.
