Power restored to 18,000 customers, Pacific Power says

The utility company said about 28,000 customers are still without power as of Monday night.

PORTLAND, Ore.-- Pacific Power announced 18,000 customers have their lights back on in Portland and the Willamette Valley Monday night.

The utility company said about 28,000 customers are still without power as of Monday night. According to their power restoration website, less than 50 customers in Corvallis and less than 50 customers in south Linn County are still without power. The company said those areas should have full restoration by Tuesday.

However, there's still work to be done in Albany. Pacific Power said full restoration in Albany will be back by Thursday at the latest.
