EUGENE, Ore. -- A 19-year-old Eugene man accused of exposing himself to female workers at coffee stands has been arrested and charged with public indecency.

Springfield police said Carlos Patton exposed himself to a barista at Dutch Bros off of Gateway Street in Springfield while she was taking his order last week.

They said her manager spoke to him and learned that he was a student at Lane Community College.

Investigators reviewed surveillance video, got his license plate number and located the vehicle at LCC.

Public safety staff at the college helped Springfield police in obtaining leads regarding Patton.

He was arrested at his Eugene residence.

He's being held at the Springfield Municipal Jail for four counts of public indecency for his conduct during three visits to Dutch Bros at the Coburg Road and Gateway locations.
