JASPER, Ore. -- The Level 1 evacuation notice has been lifted for the brush fire burning near Jasper.

Residents between 37066 Wallace Creek Road and Panorama are no longer under a Level 1 Evacuation Notice.

The Lane County Emergency Manager issued the "Get Ready" due to a fire that officials said started on Hills Creek Road on Sunday evening.

A Level 1 notice means residents should be aware of danger that exists in their area, monitor emergency services websites and local media outlets for information.

This is the time to make sure you're prepared and take precautionary measures for those with special needs, mobile property and livestock.

Officials told KEZI 9 News that they are sending air craft in to help fight it.
