OSU trustees to discuss President F. King Alexander controversy

CORVALLIS, Ore. – The Oregon State University Board of Trustees will meet March 17 to hear public comment in regard to recent controversy surrounding President F. King Alexander.

The board will review and discuss the findings and recommendations of the Husch Blackwell report which looked into claims Alexander mishandled reports of sexual misconduct while president of Louisiana State University.

Following the public session, the board will hold an executive session to consider dismissal or discipline and will return to a public session to consider the next steps. The board may decide to take action.

If you would like to provide public comment to the board, you should email trustees@oregonstate.edu to register by noon on March 16. Written comments may be submitted to that email address and must be received by 5 p.m. on March 16.
