EUGENE, Ore. – Two more businesses are joining the 5th Street Public Market in Eugene.

The growing number of new tenants are part of an expansion set to open soon.

Terra Pacem is a new local winery that partners with nonprofits to provide employment opportunities to people with disabilities and their tasting room displays and sells works by local artists with disabilities.

Also joining the market is Marley’s Monsters, a shop aimed at selling eco-friendly products that can replace single-use items. The products are made locally and sustainably.

Construction on the market expansion began Feb. 14, 2019. It’s located just west of the original market. It features a hotel, apartments and retail space.

Nike, the anchor tenant, opened last week.
