JUNCTION CITY, Ore. – A search is underway in Linn and Lane counties for a man who is accused of firing shots into two residences and threatening his girlfriend’s family and friends.
Junction City Police said Victor Burgoyne, 44, fired into a Junction City residence Tuesday at 12:46 a.m. They said also he fired multiple rounds into his girlfriend’s parent’s house in Harrisburg Tuesday at about 11 p.m.
Burgoyne threatened to kill multiple family members and friends if his girlfriend did not meet with him, police said.
Police believe Burgoyne is suicidal and dangerous. He is also wanted on multiple felony and misdemeanor charges.
Burgoyne could be driving a white 2003 Ford F350 pick-up truck with Oregon license plate 521LBY.
He is described as 6 feet 3 inches tall and 163 pounds and has a balding/shaved/receding hairline and hazel-colored eyes.
