JUNCTION CITY, Ore. -- It’s been a fall favorite for years, thanks to its pumpkin patch and corn maze, but now Lone Pine Farms has closed its doors.

For over 30 years, the Junction City farm has been selling produce and creating memories, but the real estate agent said the owners, who have been there since 1986, are retiring.

The asking price is $775,000, and the sale includes the buildings and 30 acres of farmland.

The agent said they’ve already had about a dozen different groups looking at buying the property.
