Lebanon man accused of child sex abuse

LEBANON, Ore. – A Lebanon man is in jail, accused of multiple sex crimes involving an underage boy.

Police said Steven Maddox, 48, was arrested Tuesday night after an investigation.

Maddox faces three counts of first-degree sodomy and three counts of first-degree sexual abuse.

Authorities said they received a report that Maddox had inappropriate contact with a boy, who was between the ages of 10 and 18 when the alleged crimes occurred.

At this time, there are no reports of additional victims.
