EUGENE, Ore. – Lane County Public Health added new cases to their coronavirus count on Friday.
There are two more confirmed cases.
One is a person in their late teens who lives in a private residence in the Eugene-Springfield area. They are medically stable at home. Officials said it is a case of household transmission.
The other new case is a person in their 50s from a private residence in the Eugene-Springfield area who is also medically stable at home.
This brings the county’s total of confirmed cases to 59.
There is also one presumptive case in the county. A presumptive case is a person who is showing symptoms and has had contact with someone who has tested positive but haven’t yet tested positive themselves. The case is a person in their 40s from a private residence in the Eugene-Springfield area who is at home.
