ROSEBURG, Ore. -- A man is in jail after a burglary at the ADAPT building on Saturday, the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office said.
Gabriel Baker, 43, of Myrtle Creek faces charges of second-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief and violating his parole.
The sheriff’s office said an employee arrived to the business at 621 Madrone St. and saw signs of a break in and called police. They said police responded at about 3 p.m., and police dog Grim tracked the suspect to where he was hiding under a desk.
Baker was taken to the Douglas County Jail.
Grim has been with the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office since 2013.
