JUNCTION CITY, Ore. - A big plume of smoke could be seen from an industrial fire at Premier RV and Storage Sunday morning.

Crystal Riley, a spokesperson for Junction City Fire and Rescue said the call originally came in as a fire alarm around 2:41 a.m. in the 300 block of 1st Avenue. Upon arrival, firefighters said they detected fire activity and called for additional crews.

Firefighters said they knew it would be a challenging fire because the business is an industrial building with 40 to 50 coaches inside with big fuel loads.

As of 8:30 a.m., Riley said crews have not entered the building because of safety concerns. At this time, the damage is unknown. No one was injured as a result of the fire.
