EUGENE, Ore. -- A man was arrested Sunday night after police say he led them on a high-speed chase at speeds of more than 100 miles per hour.
Oregon State Police said Gustavo Montoya-Vazques, 31, was headed south on Interstate 5 near Coburg when police tried to pull him over. The chase ended after Vazques crashed on Highway 58.
Police said Vazques had several passengers in the vehicle, including two teenagers.
Vazques now faces several charges, including eluding police, recklessly endangering a person and unauthorized use of a vehicle.
