Cleveland, OH. -- Five former Oregon Ducks and two former Oregon State Beavers were selected across seven rounds of the 2021 NFL Draft.
Penei Sewell headlined the group as the Detroit Lions took him with the 7th overall pick. The Lions went back to the state of Oregon with their final pick of the draft, taking Oregon State running back Jermar Jefferson in the seventh round.
Both teams saw their alumni spread out all over the league.
Jevon Holland went to Miami in the second round, Deommodore Lenoir was picked by San Francisco in the fifth while Brady Breeze and Thomas Graham Jr. both were sixth round picks to Tennessee and Chicago, respectively. Beaver defensive back Nahshon Wright was taken by Dallas in the 3rd round with the 99th overall pick.
The Ducks led all Pac-12 teams along with USC and Stanford with five total selections.
