EUGENE, Ore. -- Investigators are trying to figure out what caused a shed to go up in flames Wednesday morning - damaging a Eugene home.

Crews were called to the 2000 block of Compton Street at 2:49 a.m. where they discovered a shed fully engulfed in flames in the backyard of a two-story house.

Residents fled the home and one person was evaluated by medics on-site. Officials say they are unsure what caused the fire, which caused minimal damage to the house.
