EUGENE, Ore. -- A woman will spend just over six years in prison after pleading guilty to charges related to a 2019 fatal crash north of Coburg.

Alysha Rae Greene, 32, pleaded guilty to second-degree manslaughter and driving under the influence of intoxicants. In addition to the prison term, her driver's license will be revoked for life and she will serve three years of post-prison supervision. She must also pay a $2,000 fine on the DUII charge.

On Sept. 9, 2019, Lane County deputies responded to a single vehicle crash into a tree near Lanes Turn Road, just north of Coburg. Greene's passenger, Saul Rodriguez-Miranda, was killed in the crash.

Because Greene was seriously injured in the crash, no field sobriety tests were performed. Toxicology reports later revealed that Greene had methamphetamine and THC in her system. She also had a blood alcohol content of 0.38 percent.
