EUGENE, Ore. -- A popular restaurant at the Valley River Center is looking for answers after a person was caught on camera stealing hundreds of dollars from their safe.

Brandon Ingram, owner of Toxic Wings, said it happened Thursday morning while the mall was closed. Ingram said police are still working to figure out how the thief got into the mall in the first place.

"I'm just pretty surprised," Ingram said. "You know i have three restaurants, and i figured this would be the safest because it's inside the mall, so we were all pretty surprised about that."

This is not the first incident like this in recent months.
