BROWNSVILLE, Ore. -- The man suspected of killing two Sweet Home siblings in a DUII crash was arraigned in court Tuesday.
Austyn Hillsman, 21, faces six felony charges for Saturday's deadly crash.
According to Linn County court documents, Hillsman has been charged with two counts of manslaughter in the first degree, one count of assault in the second degree, one count of driving under the influence of intoxicants, one count of reckless driving, and one count of refusal to take a test for intoxicants.
Hillsman is no stranger to the law. In 2019 he was convicted of assault and menacing. He was sentenced to three years of probation and 10 days in jail.

Caleb Simonis, 19, and Shelby Simonis, 16, were killed in the crash Saturday morning. Kylee Simonis, 15, survived and is recovering in RiverBend Hospital.

Hillsman was not seriously injured in the crash.
