OREGON-- The Oregon Health Authority reported 69 new cases of coronavirus across the state, alongside another death.
There are now a total of 1,068 cases statewide, and the death toll has reached 27.

The person who died is a 62-year-old woman in Multnomah County who tested positive on Thursday and died later that day in her residence. Officials are unsure if she had underlying medical conditions.
New cases in our area include 2 new cases in Linn County for a total of 43. Lane County Public Health announced 3 new cases earlier Saturday for a total of 28.
Douglas County remains at 11 cases and Benton County at 19. Coos County has not received any positive test results.
