3 displaced, cat deceased after mobile home fire

Crews said three people were displaced and one cat was deceased as a result of the fire.

ROSEBURG, Ore. -- The Roseburg Fire Department is investigating the cause of a mobile home fire that occurred over the weekend.


Fire crews responded to a structure fire on Sunday shortly before 11:00 a.m. on NE Zeus Avenue. Once on scene, crews put out the fire which they said was contained to the bedroom and bathroom located in the rear portion of the mobile home. They said the residence sustained fire and water damage.

Crews said three people were displaced and one cat was deceased as a result of the fire.

The American Red Cross provided resources to the displaced residents.
