ALBANY, Ore. -- A 64 year-old woman with dementia walked out of a senior care facility Thursday morning and hasn't been seen since, the Albany Police Department said.

Police said Jessie Wendt left a memory care/senior care facility in northeast Albany, and they said it's possible she is trying to walk to Keizer and could be in danger.

Offcials said Wendt is about 5 feet 6 inches tall, 120 pounds, has short reddish hair and is wearing a white hooded sweat shirt and dark jeans.

They said she has dementia and other medical concerns that make it essential that she is located as soon as possible. Offcials are asking those who may see someone matching Jessie's description contact local law enforcement agency, or the Albany Police Department at 541-917-7680.
