Breaking News
The state has released new guidance for school reopening. Meanwhile, Oregonians age 65 and older will need to wait a bit longer to be vaccinated. More than 225,000 doses of the vaccine have been administered in the state since the vaccine first arrived in mid-December. It’s been slow going, but health officials say changes they’ve made to the allocation process has helped the rollout gain steam. More than 1,800 Oregonians have died due to COVID-19, and there have been more than 134,000 confirmed and presumptive cases.
