Areas Affected: Central Douglas County; Eastern Curry County and Josephine County; Eastern Douglas County Foothills; Jackson County

...WINTER STORM WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 PM PST THIS AFTERNOON ABOVE 1500 FEET... ...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 PM PST THIS AFTERNOON FOR THE VALLEYS...

* WHAT...Snow. Accumulations 3 to 6 inches in the mountains and 1 to 3 inches in the valleys expected.

* WHERE...Locations in the warning include mountain locations above 1500 feet. This includes the passes along Interstate 5 from Grants Pass to Roseburg. Locations in the advisory include all west side valley locations including Roseburg, Grants Pass, Medford, Ashland, and Cave Junction.

* WHEN...Until 1 PM PST. The heaviest snow will occur between 3 AM and 8 AM.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on difficult travel conditions, especially during the morning commute. Travel along Interstate 5 between Grants Pass and Roseburg may be very difficult. Expect snow packed roads and very low visibility at times.

* WHAT...Snow. Accumulations 3 to 6 inches in the mountains above 1500 feet and 1 to 3 inches in the lower elevations expected. Locations near the immediate coast may see only a trace to 1 inch of snow.

* WHERE...Locations in the warning include rural mountain locations above 1500 feet. Locations in the advisory include Coos Bay, North Bend, Reedsport, Bandon, Port Orford, Coquille, Brookings, Harbor, and Gold Beach. Portions of highway 101 will be affected, especially where it goes over mountains above 200 feet.

* WHEN...Until 1 PM PST. The heaviest snow will occur between 3 AM and 8 AM.
