Baby is looking for a mature adult-only home.

EUGENE, Ore. – This 10-year-old Chihuahua mix arrived at Greenhill Humane Society when her owner could no longer care for her.

Baby hopes to go home to a quiet family where she can settle in and get comfortable.

Baby could live with another small dog, but she is afraid of large dogs. She has a history of ignoring cats, so with slow introductions she could probably join a household with cats. She is afraid of children, so should go to an adult-only home.

She enjoys being held and has a medium energy level. She weighs just over 13 pounds and her adoption fee is $85, which includes the cost of vaccinations, microchip identification, spaying or neutering, a certificate for a free veterinary exam and more.

Every Tuesday, Greenhill Humane Society showcases homeless pets on KEZI 9 News Midday at 11 a.m.

To ensure a good match is made, potential adopters must go to Greenhill in person to meet with the animal and kennel staff. All family members should be present to ensure the dog is compatible with everyone in the household.
